IV. Please note that we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees for international orders. The customer assumes full responsibility for all costs and compliance related to customs clearance and import regulations.

V. Any shipment refused and/or returned back to us at the customer’s request will incur the full shipping cost. If free shipping was initially provided, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
